Eurex IRS Launch: Nov 19th?

I may be mistaken, but the page below seems to suggest that Eurex will be fully live with their IRS (and maybe Equities) OTC offering on Nov 19th.

Anyone at Eurex able to confirm?

    Bill,
    I am sorry but your speculation is incorrect. The 19 Nov release is a regular yearly upgrade of our clearing software. We will announce in due time when we will launch EurexOTC Clear for IRS.
