Minor updates to the EMIR Q&A, but check them all the same
The 10th edition of the EMIR Q&A has been published by ESMA (attached below), the following items are new/changed:
- OTC Q13(c): Does a pension scheme established in a third country benefit from the exemption from the clearing obligation provided under EMIR?
- CCP Q8(i): Are non-EU clearing members of EU CCPs providing services to clients subject to the segregation requirements in Article 39?
