JDX is an independent consulting company specialising in operations remediation. We provide affordable, flexible consulting solutions to financial services clients in the areas of operations change management and remediation. JDX has over 200 employees with operations in London, New York and Paris. All our management team have operational expertise gained from working at investment banks over the past 20 years.
Our staff attend the JDX Academy which is a two year training programme for all our employees. The training programme encompasses all elements of capital markets along with project management and basic programming skills.

JDX provides trained resources to support financial services firms who are running remediation projects. Typical remediation assignments have the following characteristics:
- A mandatory driver – either external (regulatory) or internal (operational)
- Project is not part of business as usual
- Projects are short term and time bound
- Our teams must be deployed quickly with team sizes of up to 25 resources

Our unique recruitment policy ensures our employees have the characteristics relevant for Clients Operations. Our staff are trained in financial services through the JDX Academy and, successfully pass exams which ensures that JDX resources have rounded skill sets relevant for remediation work in financial services clients. Skill sets include Excel, VBA, cash and derivative product knowledge, project management, business analysis, regulation as well as knowledge of industry utility software such as MarkitSERV and Thunderhead.
JDX also has a legal and paralegal practice of over 50 staff.
Our staff are trained in ISDA documentation. They are also trained on recent regulatory rules and the impact these rules have on the ISDA documentation such as MCAs, CSAs and other relationship and transaction type documents.
