ICE move into the EU TR Space and offer to store OTC and ETD derivatives using their upstream links with MTFs etc.  It will be interesting to see how soon DTCC, REGIS-TR and ICE can offer an ESMA approved service covering OTC & ETD products, must be harder than we think, and an opportunity for ICE.
