Eurex Clearing has implemented documentation compatible with the market standard client clearing documents and has published UK and German Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) opinions. Eurex Clearing CRR Opinions are more comprehensive than other CCPs, other CCP CRR opinions are for their exclusive use only – their clients are not able to rely upon them. The Eurex Clearing CRR opinions, however, can be relied upon for regulatory and accounting purposes by our clients. Further CRR opinions will be published in due course (e.g. France)  to further simplify our documentation and requirements to on-board Registered Customers to EurexOTC Clear.
