OTC Clearing & Individual Client Asset Segregation Whitepaper

An updated white paper from Eurex Clearing describes complete segregation and maximum protection of collateral – actual collateral not value – in the event of a Clearing Member Default, either at the individual Fund level or with an innovative collateral tagging system, an omnibus fully segregated collateral account with collateral tagged for each specific Fund.
