Extraterritorial Implications of Dodd Frank, via DerivSource.com
Over at www.derivsource.com here is a podcast on Extraterritorial issues featuring Donna Parisi from Shearman and Sterling, and David Lucking from Allen & Overy. Overall, and not surprising, is many rules are yet to be made, and of the ones made, the US & European regulators have yet to compare notes and create a sensible working environment for OTC participants.
