KDPW Authorised Under EMIR
For those who are fluent in Polish, the Polish FSA announced this today:
3. Komisja jednogłośnie zezwoliła KDPW_CCP SA na świadczenie usług rozliczeniowych jako CCP, na podstawie unijnego rozporządzenia EMIR.
Zezwolenie KNF dla KDPW_CCP SA, wydane po uzyskaniu pozytywnej opinii kolegium nadzorczego, jest trzecią autoryzacją dla CCP w Unii Europejskiej.
For those less able linguistically it means this:
3 The Commission unanimously authorized KDPW_CCP SA for the provision of clearing services as a CCP, based on EMIR.FSA authorization for KDPW_CCP SA, issued after approval of the supervisory college, is the third authorization for CCPs in the European Union.
