Larry Tabb says implementation of Dodd Frank will be pushed back to 2013 or 2014

Larry has really stuck his neck out on this years predictions – I find it hard to believe that we won't be seeing a big uptake of clearing this year, there's too much momentum at the CFTC to move forward on the rules.  The full set of predictions is here (free registration required). Quote from Larry: 10) Dodd-Frank delayed until 2013 and maybe 2014. While all of the Dodd-Frank rules were supposed to be finalized within a year of passing (July 2011), we will be lucky to see these rules finalized in 2012 and more like 2013, pushing implementation back not only months but years.
