The FT begins to describe the intention of the firm to provide a central processing platform for un-clearable OTC products through netting and risk management. Their own website has little detail yet on the scope of their services or platform, but the FT article says NetOTC has chosen software from Razor Risk (part of TMX) to base their business on.
