Client Services is a key function at Duco. Heading up this area for the EMEA region, this role involves running our support desk function as well as managing analysts who provide on-site advice and training.

Position: Head of Client Services, EMEA

Location: London

Client Services is a key function at Duco. Heading up this area for the EMEA region, this role involves running our support desk function as well as managing analysts who provide on-site advice and training. Duco has a great customer service record. We are regularly rated as excellent by our clients. Your job is to maintain that reputation as we scale the company.

In this job, you will need to be strong at internal team management and client engagement. You will have at least ten years experience in the financial services or technology sector, in a customer facing role. You will have to be keen to use technology to produce metrics for sales and your colleagues in senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and cultivate relationships with key accounts to ensure increased adoption of our products
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and development team to develop new leads in existing clients and gather requirements for new features
  • Manage the Client Services team in London (including setting incentives and conducting performance reviews)
  • Be accountable to the CEO for success in the growth of usage in accounts

Mandatory

  • A university degree (2.1 or better) from a reputable university
  • At least ten years' experience in in a bank, asset manager, consultancy or technology firm, in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationally and in Europe, and occasionally to Asia

Beneficial

  • Understanding of the state of financial services regulation, such as EMIR, Dodd Frank, MIFID and MIFID 2
  • Fluent command of a second European language, in particular German, Spanish, Italian or French

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary, depending on experience
  • Participation in the company bonus pool, which is based on company revenue targets
  • Participation in company options pool after a trial period
  • Company pension contribution of 5%
