2 x Senior Business Analysts [Contract] required in Hong Kong to build out a securities settlement system from scratch for global finance firm.

There is a greenfield project for a globally established financial services firm to build out a CSD repository from scratch. This opportunity is to be the first to join this project to write the requirement definitions from a strategic point of view and then continue this process onto the functional design and profile analysis of the options in the market.

You will have an in depth knowledge of either CSD instruments or global custody and how these fit into the new Target 2 Securities (T2S) infrastructure. This is a senior role and you will need a very strong grip on how to build out a business from scratch as this will be totally replacing the outdated incumbent system.

The rate for this is open, with relocation expected to Hong Kong for circa 9 months (tbc). The ideal start will be March 2014 with flexibility for the ideal candidates.
