ESMA has updated their EMIR FAQs as of today. There is quite a significant update in the various sections as outlined on pages 6 and 7 of the August EMIR FAQ Update from ESMA (link to ESMA PDF) with 25 new answers covering OTC derivatives, CCPs and Trade Reporting.
