Role Specification

The Field Effect is looking for a permanent Collateral Business Analyst to join a fast growing consulting practice. You will be working with acknowledged industry experts in both collateral management & consulting. You will be deployed as part of small focused teams in Sell-side (Tier 1 & 2) firms, Buy-side firms, Custodians & CCPs. This is an ideal opportunity for a smart, pro-active, detail focused individual to accelerate their development by learning from domain experts and leading methodological thinkers.

The ideal candidate will have either 5+ years consulting experience or 5+ years collateral management investment banking experience, at least some of which should be as a Business Analyst.

Essential Qualities & Experience

• 5+ years of consulting or collateral BA experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Advanced Excel/VBA & PowerPoint experience
• Proven analytical ability
• Excellent presentation & stakeholder management skills
• Intelligence, adaptability and a desire to learn
