This role could be for you. A leading Market Infrastructure Organisation in London is looking to hire an Executive Assistant for an initial contract role with a view to becoming permanent after 6 months. The role offers £150-£200 a day. This role will give you the opportunity to excel in your field, which is why the ideal candidate will thrive in a high pressured environment. For instance, booking travel arrangements between multiple countries on a single day will be a key part of the role.

The role reports to two high level members of the organisation therefore gatekeeping will be an essential part of the role in addition to keeping personal information of their clients confidential. The client is looking also for an assistant with strong PowerPoint and Excel Skills.

Requirements

• PowerPoint experience; creating and adapting presentations
• Excel Experience; Macros and Pivot Tables
• Excellent Time Management and Organisational Skills
