Final Compliance Deadlines for Clearing in the US
Will Rhode at Tabb followed on from the CFTC determination on clearing (here) with the three compliance dates, the Tabb article is here, (free login required) the dates are:
- March 11, 2013: Swap dealers and active private funds.
- June 10, 2013: All other financial entities.
- September 9, 2013: Third-party accounts, including ERISA pension plans.
