HSBC and Citi Invest in Spark Systems
Singapore-based FX technology provider, Spark Systems has closed a series B funding round, raising USD 10.5 million.
New investors HSBC, Citi and OSK Ventures International join Spark's existing backers Dymon Asia Capital, Dymon Asia Ventures, FengHe Group, Goldman Sachs, Jubilee Capital and Vickers Venture Partners.
Incorporated in April 2016, Spark provides low latency FX Aggregation and White Label trading platforms. The new investment will be used to develop its in-house technology, to add expertise to its development team, and develop modules which accelerate onboarding and improve analytics.
