I really don't know what happened on April 1st but a whole lot of fake posts reached the site, it's a mystery. Apologies to anyone who saw the stories below and might have used them believing them to be legitimate. I owe you tea / coffee / beer / cake to make up for this unforeseen situation. So in case you were wondering:

• Neither EMIR 2, MIFID 3, BASLE 4 or CRD 5 are yet being planned
• The FSB isn't building a 'very large trade repository', although Bart Chilton really did describe himself as a centipede (here)
• You can't reduce your VM & IM to zero using CCDS, I wish.
• Obama isn't yet merging the SEC & CFTC
• Google Nose is obviously fake, I hope that was obvious.
