As an analyst in Duco, your job is to help our customers make the most of Duco Cube. You will be involved in answering inbound support queries as well as actively engaging on the phone and by going on site.

Position: Analyst in Client Services

Location: New York

As an analyst in Duco, your job is to help our customers make the most of Duco Cube. You will be involved in answering inbound support queries as well as actively engaging on the phone and by going on site.

Duco Cube is a self-service system. You will therefore mostly make an appearance in the complex usage scenarios where our customers need help. You will also perform training sessions and participate in industry events. As our customers include some of the largest firms in the world, a professional attitude with high levels of self-organisation is required, as is a willingness to forget the word "impossible" and do whatever it takes to resolve a customer issue.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and cultivate client relationships to increase adoption of our services
  • Stay in regular contact with customers in key accounts and report to management
  • Answer in-bound support queries
  • Provide on-site support to key clients
  • Analyse complex data sets and help customers use Duco Cube to cut through the complexity
  • Brief customers on upcoming changes and innovation

Mandatory

  • Degree from a reputable university, with a strong preference for science, technology or engineering candidates
  • At least 3 years' experience in the financial services industry
  • Confident use of Excel for data manipulation
  • High degree of self-motivation

Beneficial

  • Some basic scripting experience, e.g. ruby or python, to help with data manipulation
  • Working knowledge of German, French, Spanish or Italian, to a level where meetings can be held
  • An understanding of data standards in financial services, e.g. FpML, FIX

Compensation

  • Base salary of $60k-$75k, depending on experience
  • Medical benefits cover
  • Participation in the company bonus pool, which is based on company revenue targets
  • Participation in company options pool after a trial period
