Tookitaki, the AML and Reconciliation provider, has just announced an additional US$11.7 million in funding, taking the total investment in the Series A round to US$19.2 million.

The current round was co-led by Viola FinTech, a FinTech-focused venture fund, and SIG Asia Investment, a global venture firm. They were joined by Nomura Holdings (through Nomura Incubation Investment Limited Partnership) and existing investors, Illuminate Financial, Jungle Ventures and SEEDs Capital Pte Ltd (an investment arm of the Singapore government).

Tookitaki is five years old, with offices in Singapore, India, and the U.S. In the last two years, revenues have grown by more than 300 percent.

The additional investment will help Tookitaki enhance its product offerings in AML and reconciliation, and fund the recruitment of additional staff, specifically engineers and data scientists.
